Develop a Self-Service Drop-off Point where passengers can check in quickly and efficiently.
For Schiphol Group, MMID made a feasibility study on Self-Service luggage drop-off, focusing on positive user experience to find out whether users would accept such a service. MMID developed two working prototypes which were placed as a pilot at Schiphol. The prototypes and the Self-Service concept were well received, and so Schiphol started the project.
