About the role

You will act as a representative of MMID and will be responsible for the entire process from lead qualification up to contracting. Your excellent communication skills will help you connect strongly with prospects and make sure the needs of prospects become fully clear. After teaming up with designers and project managers you will match these needs perfectly with our solutions we can offer in the form of our services and competences. As a team, including the international commercial team, you will win new customers and strengthen the partnerships we already have.

Your focus is mainly on the south of Germany and its surroundings. You report directly to the commercial manager and   your location will be Essen at least during the first year

We are a great match if

  • You are a commercial professional (preferably Commercially educated)
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the role of business developer, preferably with a focus on B2B
  • Project manager skills are a plus
  • You have perfect knowledge of the German language
  • You have excellent communication skills in English
  • You can build a network and aim to develop long-lasting working relationships with relevant companies and institutions
  • You are naturally interested in product development and innovation
