Are you a result driven and an ambitious project manager with good leadership skills?

Then we are looking for you to join our team in Lübeck!

As project manager you are responsible for facilitating a well-structured and smoothly executed process that leads to excellent results. You understand the energy and dynamics of a professional organization and you do feel at home in this environment. We need you to be well connected with all your colleagues of the MMID-Group, but you will mainly work at our location in Lübeck.

You like to put energy in the following requirements:

→ You are able to find the right balance between costs, time schedules and product quality

→ You understand the customer demands and wishes and manage the integral project team accordingly

→ You take care for multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner

→ You write project plans and discuss them with your clients in order to come to an unique tailor fit proposal

→ You like to create a close relationship with our customers and build lasting client relationships.

Who are you

→ You perform on a high level;

→ You are a well-balanced person and can handle stressful situations well;

→ You are accurate and disciplined;

→ You are a strong communicator;

→ You are capable of motivating and encouraging people;

What do you have

→ You have a degree in Industrial Engineering at a Technical University (or comparable)

→ You have approximately three years of experience as a designer or engineer

→ You have good knowledge of your profession, design methods and industrial production methods

→ You have a proven and successful background in project management

→ You have preferably a degree qualified with project management (Prince2 or comparable)

→ You have excellent communication skills in German and English, all spoken and written.
