Then we are looking for you to join our team in Providence, RI!

As project manager you are responsible for facilitating a well-structured and smoothly executed process that leads to excellent results. You understand the energy and dynamics of a professional organization and you do feel at home in this environment. We need you to be well connected with all your colleagues of the MMID-Group, but you will mainly work at our location in Providence, RI.

You like to put energy in the following requirements:

Finding the right balance between costs, time schedules and product quality
Understanding the customer demands and wishes and manage the integral project team accordingly
Leading multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner
Write project plans and discuss them with your clients in order to come to a unique tailor fit proposal
Creating close relationship with our customers and build lasting client relationships.
Providing leadership to the local team and report back to the COO

Requirements

A degree in Industrial Engineering at a Technical University (or comparable)
More than four years of proven and successful background in project management
Approximately three years of experience as a designer or engineer
Good knowledge of your profession, design methods and industrial production methods
Preferably a degree qualified with project management (Prince2 or comparable)
Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written.
