About MMID

MMID is an Integrated Product Development Agency based in the Netherlands, Germany and the USA. Together with our clients and our in-house developed design method LUCID, we create benchmark products that are built to last. About the role

As a project manager you understand the energy and dynamics of a professional organization. You describe yourself as a communicative, customer-oriented, energetic colleague who is capable to work in an informal and professional environment.

We need you to be well connected with all your colleagues of the MMID-Group, but you will mainly work at our location in Delft.

You like to put energy in the following requirements:

Finding the right balance between costs, time schedules and product quality
Understanding the customer demands and wishes and manage the integral project team accordingly
Leading multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner
Write project plans and discuss them with your clients in order to come to a unique tailor fit proposal
Creating close relationship with our customers and build lasting client relationships.
Providing leadership to the local team and report back to the COO

Who are you

What do you have

A degree in Industrial Engineering at a Technical University (or comparable)
More than four years of proven and successful background in project management
Approximately three years of experience as a designer or engineer
Good knowledge of your profession, design methods and industrial production methods
Preferably a degree qualified with project management (Prince2 or comparable)
Excellent communication skills in the languages Dutch and English, spoken and written.

The contract will be based on a 40-hrs work week with flexibility in your work, competitive wages and conditions such as e.g. pension, home office allowance, commuting allowance and personal budget.
