Unlock Your Product’s Potential with Our TUB Session
What is a TUB Session?
Our Innovation Strategy Session
Transforming challenges into innovation
‘Measure twice, cut once’ is what can be realized in every product development project. Successful products are successful because technology, user experience and business case are all covered (TUB).
Typically to get here, you need multiple departments within the company work together and get aligned on strategic level. In practice in many projects only 1 or 2 perspectives are on the right level, and later on in the innovation process one or multiple loops are needed to get to the market with a competitive and desired product.
Accelerating Success in Product Development
In order to expedite and streamline the innovation process, we meticulously developed a highly efficient tool known as the TUB model. This tool’s purpose is to simplify the initial steps, consolidate the most relevant information, and present it in a very condensed form.
Essentially, the TUB model serves as a catalyst, facilitating the innovation strategy phase as the initial stage in our meticulously crafted, multi-step innovation stage gate model, which we proudly call LUCID.
How it works?
TUB Session in 4 simple steps
One day / half day
In a half-to-one day workshop, the key insights can be generated / identified to kickstart future (product) development (projects).
1-4 hours per element
Depending on focus, demands, desires this division in time can be altered between Technology – User – Business.
Wrap up
Where appropriate, a short summary or insights moment is done already during the workshop.
Feedback
Quickly after the workshop, the results are summarized and shared with all participants. This keeps memory fresh and all insights generated alive and ready to be implemented.
