We are looking for a designer User Experience to join our team in our office in Lübeck. The designer User Experience is ensuring a proper translation of user needs and client wishes into a well thought out concept.

For this, knowledge of usability, styling and concept development is mandatory.

We need you to be well connected with all your colleagues in the MMID-Group. You understand the energy and dynamics of a professional organization and you thrive in this environment.

You also feel responsible for the content and quality in product development. In an interdisciplinary product development team of designers and engineers you will develop integrated concepts for a product or product series. You understand the energy and dynamics of a professional organization like MMID and you do feel at home in this environment.

We need you to be well connected with all your colleagues of the MMID-Group, but you will mainly work at our location in Lübeck.

Requirements

You have a technical university degree in Industrial design or design for interaction;
You have at least 3- 5 years of experience as a designer in the front-end of the design process;
You have excellent brainstorm capabilities and can facilitate creative sessions;
You have experience in taking the lead in projects;
You have the ability to find the right balance between identity/styling and/or usability/interaction;
You can visualize your thoughts and have knowledge in design tools (Adobe, Rhino, SolidWorks);
You have affinity with sketching (digital or by hand on paper) and physical modeling
You have excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
