About the role

The goal of lead generation is to convert Marketing qualified leads into Sales qualified leads that will be further followed-up by our Sales colleagues. The Marketing Intelligence specialist oversees these leads and strategically coordinates our Marketing efforts to maximize resource efficiency and significantly boosts the chances of successful conversions.

What you will do

  • Deliver market analyses that will be used as input for the Commerce team
  • Deliver competitor analyses
  • Deliver the part of the account plans that can be done by desk research
  • Keeping our segment plans up to date on a quarterly basis
  • Alignment regarding Internet Marketing activities within Marketing and with Sales to make the best use of our resources and obtain the highest chance of conversion
  • Executing lead qualifications according to the criteria that we have set
  • Reporting on the status of the conversion of MQL’s to SQL’s, using HubSpot
  • Be the gate keeper and processor for all leads coming from the various sources, such as personal networks, suggestions from colleagues, etc.
  • Continuous improvements of our skills and techniques to execute the lead generation process

Requirements

  • You have an HBO or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in Marketing & Communication (or comparable);
  • You have at least 1-3 years of experience as a marketing intelligence specialist
  • You are commercially driven;
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
  • You feel comfortable in taking initiative;
  • You can work both independently as within a team;
  • You have a strong interest in commerce and knowledge of (online) marketing
  • You have knowledge about HubSpot as Marketing/CRM tool
  • You have affinity with product development;
  • You are familiar with social networks such as LinkedIn
