Who are you

As our HR Operations assistant you will support the HR Advisor in all HR operational areas. You will organize the HR administration for our employees over all locations. You will work in an international environment with back-office tasks related to payroll administration and contract administration.

You will:

  • be responsible for administrating and updating personal data of our employees
  • arrange employment contracts
  • be responsible for adjustments of salary records and have contact with our external payroll administrator
  • support the HR Advisor in administrative organizing HR processes
  • coordinate the administrative processes regarding recruitment for interns, parental leave etc
  • set up interviews with applicants for the HR Advisor and colleagues

We need you to be well connected with all your colleagues who you support in the MMID-Group. The location for this job is our Delft office.

As office support you are the pivot of the organization and will act as a host. You are responsible for supporting the management team and other colleagues for our location in Delft and remotely for our location in Providence (US). You are an important point of contact for internal and external employees and other contacts.

Your tasks will consist among other things of:

  • all reception and hosting activities
  • management of our meeting rooms
  • daily business concerning the facilities
  • fleet management
  • arranging travel itineraries for our colleagues
  • managing appointments for the management team.

What do you have

  • You have completed studies in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • You have advanced and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel etc)
  • You have advanced and practical knowledge of employment conditions and employee information systems
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • You have organizational sensitivity and know how to support people in their daily business
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills
  • You have excellent spoken and written knowledge of the Dutch and English language. German language skills are not necessary but would be a bonus.
